Insurance carriers, for which we hold certification courses for, have recently announced that they would accept people with little to no experience on their 2nd teir roster under a mentoring program. This is great news for everyone who have been trying to get in the adjusting field, but could not due to lack of experience. To qualify, you will be required to meet all of the same criteria as the seasoned adjusters. The first step in qualifying for the program is to enroll in one of the upcoming ATEC certification classes.
